With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan C Pixley in Glens Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred LaCross and Stella LaCross (Simonetta); and her children, Susan Frost and Mark Pixley. She is survived by: her husband Royce Pixley; her daughters, Linda Casey (Richard) and Michelle Arnold (Rich); her grandchildren, Rick Casey (Diana), Chris Casey (Leah), Rebecca Lounsbury (Brian) and Andrew Norman; and her sister Janet "Wickie" VanWie (Dan). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home- SGF (136 Main St, South Glens Falls, NY 12803). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
