Monroe in Glens Falls, New York, born in Diamond Point, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez M. Cooper and Reuben H. Cooper; and her siblings, Garry Cooper and Beverly Cooper. She is survived by: her sister Carol Snyder; her grandchildren, Tyson Reed (Jan), Anthony Pettinelli of Queensbury and Gabrielle Garrett (Bob) of Saratoga Springs; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Logan Garrett.
