It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gerrard of Glens Falls, New York, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gerrard and Elizabeth Moriarty Gerrard; his wife Carolyn I. Gerrard; and his stepchildren, Margaret Susan Shoen and Patrick Matthew Shoen.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Gerrard and Maureen Morrissette (Wilfred); his stepchildren, Tim Shoen, Steve Shoen, Mike Shoen, Cathy DeSanti (Jim) and Marianne Shoen Hunter (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Jaykob, Jianna, Juliano (Nicole), Brooklyn (Allison), Sayde, Wyatt and Matthew (Rob). He is also survived by cats and dogs.
