He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Chase and Elizabeth Albee Chase; and his siblings, Mabel Ashline, Mildred "Jean" Crossman and Frederic B. Chase.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather J. Chase of East Greenbush; and his former wife Joanne Major. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
