He is survived by: his granddaughter Taylor (David); his great grandchild John; his siblings, Norma Calkins of Auburn, NY, Patricia Robichaud of Queensbury, NY and Roger Allen of Plainfield, IL; his children, Michael (Kelly) of Ormond Beach, FL, Janet Smith (Don) of Atlanta, GA, Roette Palmatier and Richard (Dawn) of Corinth; his grandchildren, Charles, Nicholas Allen, Amanda Meetze, Justin Stancliff, David C. Page Jr., Jennifer Brayton, Krysta Rheel, Carly, Kendra, Shelby Allen, Amanda Parker and Morgan Edmunds; his great grandchildren, Lexus Elisabeth, Zoey Mae, Kaleb Michael Andrew and Aria Rian Millington; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Atreyu, Lukka, Bella Allen, Landon James, John Edward Jr., William Wesley, Noelyn Davis Meetze, Alayna Jayne Stancliff, David Charles Page, III, Thomas James, Rachel Elizabeth, William Alexander Page, Connor Joseph, Graysen Scott, Paisley Rayne, Everleigh Dawn Ives, Jaden Alexandria Bullard, Pheonix Frances Brayton and John David Emmerling.
