He was predeceased by: his parents, Paolo Bologna and Grazia Costanzo Bologna. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Costa Bologna; his daughters, Graziella Bologna (Thomas Futia), Angela M. Bologna and Paula Bologna (Giuseppe Molinaro); his grandchildren, Paul Anthony Casalan (Kathleen Hall) and Isabella Molinaro; and his great grandchild Alexander Thomas.
