She was predeceased by: her parent Lillian Sr (Atchinson); and her husband Terry McCarthy. She is survived by: her parent Charles Fuller Sr; her children, Duane McCarthy (Holly) and Cheryl Warren; her grandchildren, Peter McCarthy (Christina Winslow), Jenny McCarthy, Rachelle Warren, Stephen Harrington, Melissa Burney and Rebecca Hasemann (Scott); her great grandchildren, Alexis McCarthy, Caylee McCarthy, Kaylynne Harrington and Bailey Hasemann; her siblings, Debbie Ward (George), Denise Stimpson, Charles Fuller Jr, Ray Fuller (Glenda) and John Fuller (Donna Kosloske); her significant other Angie Panoushek; and her friend Nancy Waters.
