He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Cartier (Betters) and Andrew A. Cartier; and his sisters, Marlene Scally and Janice Barot. He is survived by: his great grandchild Owen; his wife Kendra LaMay Cartier; his daughters, Renee B. Cartier (James Bennefield) of Queensbury and Darcy L. Stoutenger (Erik Schue) of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Hailey McLaughlin (Alex Rabideau), Sydney and Faith Bennefield; his siblings, Andrew Cartier, Gary Cartier (Brenda) of Fort Ann, Donna Bell of Fort Ann, Regina Thomas (Jim) and Gail Tello (Fausto) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; and also Owen Rabideau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
