He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Durkee and Lillian Durkee (Nichols); his son Durkee Farm; his wife Elaine; his children, Martin Durkee and Marilyn Ellis (Tim); his grandchildren, Justin Durkee (Jammie), Michelle Austin (Scott) and Beth Ellis; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jake, Andrew and Brooke; and his sister-in-law Anna Bristol. He was also cherished by two nieces, one nephew and many cousins.
