We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2019, at the age of 80, Betty (Morehouse) Stimpson-Stevens (Glens Falls, New York), born in Chestertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Morehouse and Beulah Morehouse (Moores); her sons, John Younes and Michael Younes; her siblings, Arnold "Arnie" Morehouse, Leslie "Peanut" Morehouse, Gary Morehouse, Jeffery "Bodine" Morehouse, Claude Morehouse, Jr., Kathleen Morehouse and Kelly Golden; and her grandchildren, Billy Joe Younes, Amanda Younes and Sophia TenEyck.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Carson; her children, Berton Younes (Mabel) of Texas, William Younes (Christine) of Queensbury, Harold Stimpson, Jr. of Fort Edward, Bettina Rathbun (David) of Gansevoort, Jamey Stimpson (Jennifer) of Texas, Bruce Stimpson (Colleen) of Glens Falls, Jody Stimpson and Naomi Stimpson; her siblings, Larry Morehouse of Illion, Terry "Shotgun" Morehouse (Candace Morehouse) of Queensbury, Gilbert Morehouse, Timothy Morehouse, Claudia Elms of Randolph, Bonnie Bennett (Royal) of Warrensburg and Deborah Anthony (Gerald) of Mohawk; and her sisters-in-law, Catherine Morehouse of Glens Falls and Gail Morehouse of Fort Edward. She is also survived by many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and even some great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
