He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. Brannigan and Esther M. Sparhawk; his wife Barbara Carl Brannigan; and his brothers, John and Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Arthur "Bill" Brannigan, Jr. (Linda) of Clifton Park, David Brannigan (Sandy) of Rochester, Toots Brannigan of Manatee, FL and Danny Pat Brannigan (Shannon) of Green Island; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Fallon, Harley Ann, Kaylyn, Hannah, David, Sarah, Tiara, Trent and Jaelynn; his great grandchildren, James, Tess, Davis, Elijah, Kellen, Owen and Olivia; and his siblings, Patti Martini (late Michael) and Paul Brannigan (Barbara). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
