He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Vanderbilt and Doris Vanderbilt (Pedersen). He is survived by: his children, Heather Noeth (Andrew), Alyssa Vanderbilt, Sidney Vanderbilt and Niles Vanderbilt; his sisters, Deborah Vanderbilt, Alice Zabel and Mary Ellen Domblewski (David); and his granddaughters, Anastasia and Harlow Noeth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
