We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2023, at the age of 92, Kathleen M. Frasier (Glenmont, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Klapp and Margaret Coons; her sisters, Margaret Parker, Marilyn Holmberg and Ann Boehlke; her children, Kathy and Eddie Jubrey; and her grandsons, Agostino and Brian Jubrey II.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Jubrey (Anne), Mike Jubrey (Barbara), Kim Sheldon (late Jim) and Leslie Frasier; her stepchildren, Carol Gooldy (Sam), Richard Frasier (Ingrid) and Gail Faust (late Jim); and her grandchildren, Charlie Jubrey (Gina), Heather Sheldon, Nick Jubrey (Jenn), Michael Jubrey II (Ashley), Gregory Sheldon (Jodi), Michel Lara (Andy), Jeremy Jubrey (Erin) and Jonathan Piedmont. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
