He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie; and his parents, August Bestler (Jack) and Mary Bestler. He is survived by: his son-in-law Wayne; his daughters, Grace Frizzell (Alan), Jacqueline Morse (Les), Mary Ellen Brisson and Catherine (James); and his siblings, Bob Bestler (Kathy), Dick Bestler (Ruth), Mary Jeanne Giammattei (Paul) and Terry (Garth).
