He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Armstrong and Natalie Armstrong (Erickson); his wife Jean Katherine Armstrong (Orum); and his sister Carolyn Marie Armstrong Cooke. He is survived by: his son Daniel Armstrong (Margaret) of New Milford, CT; his grandsons, Michael, Mark and Brian Armstrong; his great grandchildren, Raelynn Alice and Taz Sylvester; and his niece Suzanne Cooke Volpato.
