He is survived by: his wife Miriam Campbell; his daughter Annemarie Forgie (Jason); his mother Mary Campbell; and his siblings, Andrew Campbell, Bernadette Kelly (Ken), Carol Campbell, Lawrence Campbell, Mary Ann Berntsen (Tom), Rosemary Cuccia (Tony) and Theresa Campbell.
