He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnny Jones and Bettie Leo Penn; his daughter Diane Lewis; his wife Betty Jones; his son Charles Lewis; his brother Robert Dent; his daughter Leotis Jones-Cox; his grandchildren, Shawn Lewis, Otis Lewis, Atiya Postell, Tasha Lewis, Frank Cox III and Lamont Blount; and also Olivia Cooper Smith. He was also cherished by nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
