It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Anne Mino (Glen Head, New York), who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Smith (Whelan); and her brother Patrick J. Smith. She is survived by: her child Patricia; her husband Warren of Brookfield, CT; her son Warren Mino, Jr.; her wife Kyle Mino of Jarrettsville, MD; her daughters, Jessica Boone (Johnny) of New York, NY and Jacqueline Mino of Wallingford, CT; her father Thomas Smith of Patterson, NY; her siblings, Thomas Smith (Roseann) of Brewster, NY, Michael Smith of Patterson, NY, Kathleen Smith of Pawling, NY and Mary Smith of Patterson, NY; her grandchildren, Charlie Mino and John Cannon Boone; and also, Parish and Christopher Mino of Morristown, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
