She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Murphy (Bob) and Margaret Murphy (Peg); and her sister Maureen Murphy Doherty. She is survived by: her husband George; her sons, Angelo and Robert "Bobby"; her sister Patricia; and her siblings-in-law, Brian, Manny, Constantine, Doric and Ariadne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church (107 Clinton St., Schenectady, NY 12305), reflecting Karin's caring nature and commitment to helping others.
