He was predeceased by: his child Ryan (Jennifer); his sibling Thomas X. Lynch; and also Thomas X. Mackey. He is survived by: his children, Colleen (Sean), Tim (Jill) and Kyle (Randi); his grandchildren, Riley, Julia Rose, Bernard James, Olivia, Letti, Alexander and Cailyn; his nephew Charles "Chip" Mackey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rita Maria, Sean, Tara Lynn, Liam and Sheila; his sister Miriam Lynch Mackey; and his cousins, Peggy, Mark, Maria and Christopher.
