He is survived by: his grandchildren, Daniel Harrand, Liz Chase (Michael Herman) and Peter Chase; and also, Kevin Harrand (Maureen Donnellan), Lee Niemann Chase (Drew), George Niemann (Yvette) and Adrienne Niemann Tomanang (Alex).
