He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy; his children, Joseph (Janet) and Sara (Jess); his brother John (Denise); and his grandchildren, Grace, John, Elyse and Julian. He was also cherished by loving nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Ascension RC Church (85-25 61st Rd, Rego Park, NY 11374). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd, Woodside, NY 11377).
