He was predeceased by: his parent Glen Cove. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas, Rosemary Mirasola (Anthony) and Gregory (late Judith); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Cristen and Patrick.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitting Funeral Home (300 Glen Cove Ave, Glen Head, NY 11545). A Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Patrick's Church (235 Glen St, Glen Cove, NY 11542). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James's name to the American Cancer Society.
