Though Francis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Francis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edith; his children, Amy (Thomas), Robert and Peter; and his granddaughters, Victoria and Jessica. He was also cherished by one niece and two nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home (26 Franklin Ave, Glen Cove, NY 11542). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (74 Forest Ave, Glen Cove, NY 11542).
