He is survived by: his wife Lynda Burbank (Lewis); his children, Cheryl Bloser (David), Sandy Adams (Bruce), Kyle Burbank (Elizabeth) and Hill Burbank; his sisters, Jaqueline Annis (Donald) and Linda Landis; and his grandchildren, James Bloser (Naomi), Kristen Trent (Allen), Jonathan Adams (Carolanne), Erika Marble (Kenneth), Michael Adams, Curtis Burbank, Josiah Burbank, Abraham Burbank (Audrey), Malachi Burbank and Isaiah Burbank.
