He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Sinnott and Catherine McGraw Sinnott; and his sister Ann Ward. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph, Sgt. John, Richard, Leonard and Frank Sinnott; his wife Caroline "Snooks" Sinnott; his daughter Patricia Robinson of Glasco; his grandchildren, Edward M. Sinnott, Corey Sinnott, Nikolas Robinson and Shea Standley; and his great grandchild Kalliope Sinnott.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
