She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dombek and Dorothy Dombek; and her husband Leon. She is survived by: her children, Edward (Kerry Martino) and Shanna (Rich Pesce); her sister Donna Bream (John); her grandchildren, Corey, Tanner Pesce, Marissa Martino and Britany Mendock (Ray); and her great grandchild Tucker Mendock.

Family suggests donations in her memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
