He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fields and Florence Fields (Halbert); his brother David; and his sister-in-law Lila. He is survived by: his nieces, Linda (Doug Search) and Lori (Mike Anna); his caregivers, Jody Hughes and Roberta Halbert; and his close friends, Steve Foster, Glenn Foster, Steve Hughes, Suzanne Beddoe and Larry Armstrong.
