She is survived by: her grandchildren, Casey (Laura), Ash, Iris of Worcester and Whitney Costello of Albany; her significant other Bill Musson; her sister Helen (Jim Groff); her sister-in-law Sue Hoyt; her aunt Arlyn Wade; her cousin George Wade (Linda); her children, Jennifer, Erin, Vanessa and Chuck Wade (Lynn); her grandson Clayton; her aunt Irene Johnson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Kyle and Nicole; her nephew Kent Hoyt Jr. (Amanda); her niece Heather (Jason); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bronson, Cameron and Annika; her nephew Dillon (Amanda); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Carter, Tyler and Ryan; her niece Laura (John); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie and Joseph; her niece Katie Lesniak (Jeremy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Will and Hayes; her nieces and nephews, Gillian Costello (Basile), Chase Patten and Sarah Wilder (Nick); her great-niece Norah; and also, Sandy Meyers (Andy), Dakoda, Kelly (Anthony) and Zeta.
