He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Carlucci; his siblings, Nicola, Ronald Carlucci and Angela Ferraro; and his nephew Louis Ferraro.

He is survived by: his children, Julia Carlucci Greer (Adam Greer) and Nicolina Carlucci McKay (Michael McKay); his grandchildren, Christina, Chantel Carlucci, Thomas, Ashley Greer, Dustin (Ashley Smith) and Sarah McKay; his great grandchildren, Mycah, Lucas, Haniah, Eli, Owen, Charlotte, Thomas and Riley; and his sister Julia Carlucci Graziano.
