We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2019, at the age of 66, Susan E. Decker (Ghent, New York), born in Hudson, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Kitsock and Patricia Kitsock (Witko); and her brother Michael Kitsock. She is survived by: her husband Paul Decker; her children, Devin Keyser (Alex), Justin Decker and Sara Decker; her grandchildren, Addisyn Keyser, Lily Laverack and Camdyn Keyser; and her siblings, Sandra Bouchard, Sharyn Finck, Douglas Kitsock Jr. and Stacy O'Neill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
