It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Horkan of Ghent, New York, born in Rhinebeck, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Horkan and Jean Horkan; and his brother James Horkan. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Beecher (Svend) of Rhinebeck, NY, Madeline Whittaker of Hudson, NY, Theresa Horkan of Hampton Bays, NY and Jean Horkan of Hillsdale, NY.. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, great niece, great nephew, cousins and so many friends.
