He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Gertrude; his wife Edith Provencher (Merritt); his siblings, Harry, Arthur Provencher and Delores Lattrell; and his sons, Daniel Provencher, Gregory Provencher and Luther Sheak.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Sheak (Shirley), Cynthia Lattrell (Louis), Donna Sheak, Lynn Winters, Trudette Crimi (Bob) and Kimberley Steele (Howard); and his siblings, Eugene, James, Jack Provencher and Edith Greene. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
