She was predeceased by: her husband William Smith; and her sisters, Connie, Dolores and Elaine. She is survived by: her daughters, Maryellen and Paula (Doug); her siblings, Bobbie, Gary and Kathy; and her grandchildren, Monique (Pastor Paul), Dennis, Brittany (Justin) and Sabrina. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Barbara are encouraged to be made to Capital City Rescue Mission or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
