He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Sheila) and Mark; his grandchildren, Jacob, Julia, Jenna, Kendall and William Monkarsh; his sister Leah Levinsky; his sister-in-law Lynn Monkarsh; his nieces, Barbara Levinsky, Sharan Schwartz (Richard), Abby Randolph (Eric) and Dana O'Brien (Tom); and his nephew David (Mindy).
