He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hartpence; his children, Karen Meyer (Mark), Richard Hartpence Jr. and Kathleen Arrastia (late Tony); and his grandchildren, Ryan Arrastia, Kaitlyn Arrastia and Daniel Meyer. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
