She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Ray and Edmund Deakin; her spouse Thomas A. Fortunato; and her brother Edmund Deakin (late Dorothy). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Yoder (Gary), Mark Fortunato (Mary Kung), Sue Fortunato, Karen Quinn (Jim), Steve Fortunato (Cherisse) and T. J. Fortunato (Salomey); her grandchildren, Michael Fortunato (Paula), Kramer Voigt (Jessica), Jake Voigt (Brooke), Madelyn Restifo (Anthony), James Yoder, Emily Yoder (Nathan Schmitt), Alex Fortunato, Ellie and Julia Fortunato; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Treyson Voigt; and her brother Michael Deakin (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
