He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Terry Feuerstein; his girlfriend Ida Shapiro; his sons, Steven Jeffrey (Eva), Michael (Erin) and Robert (Karen); his brothers, Aaron and Sam Feuerstein; and his grandchildren, Dr. Joshua (Eri Togami), Tara Feuerstein, Jessica, Jennifer, Sorala, Estee, Leah, Shayna, Aleeza, Eli and Tessa.
