Marcia A. Sickau Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marcia A. Sickau (Getzville, New York), who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marcia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marcia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her son Andy Sickau (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kristin (Joe Cohen) and Charlie Sickau; and her siblings, Charlotte Rybinski (Jim) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Ted Scroback of Sweetwater, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Perna Dengler Roberts Funeral Home (1671 Maple Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (1700 N French Rd, Getzville, NY 14068).
