He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Pici (late James Jr); and his siblings, Lilyan Greenspan and Shirley Philipson (late Ronald). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Itzkowitz; his children, Marsha Dean and Stuart Itzkowitz (Robin); his grandchildren, Elana Pici Ryan (Joshua Hegmann) and Nicole Itzkowitz; his great grandchild Casper Hegmann; and his sister Arline LaBelle (Walter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Foundation of Buffalo, St Judes Childrens Research Hospital, Buffalo Hadassah or Temple Beth Zion.
