Lawrence Itzkowitz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Itzkowitz (Getzville, New York), who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence Itzkowitz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Pici (late James Jr); and his siblings, Lilyan Greenspan and Shirley Philipson (late Ronald). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Itzkowitz; his children, Marsha Dean and Stuart Itzkowitz (Robin); his grandchildren, Elana Pici Ryan (Joshua Hegmann) and Nicole Itzkowitz; his great grandchild Casper Hegmann; and his sister Arline LaBelle (Walter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Amherst Memorial Chapel (281 Dodge Rd, Getzville, NY 14068). A shiva was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Foundation of Buffalo, St Judes Childrens Research Hospital, Buffalo Hadassah or Temple Beth Zion.
