Irving Atlas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irving Atlas (Getzville, New York), who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irving Atlas to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Atlas. He is survived by: his sons, Craig (Karen), Randy (Mary Kay) and Keith Atlas (Debbie); his grandchildren, Doug McLaughlin (Ashlee), Kari George (Justin) and Sofia Atlas; his great grandchildren, Lucas Gray, Anthony McLaughlin, Jackson and Hunter George; and his close friend Barbara Ginsberg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to current Covid Pandemic, a private funeral service will be held by the family.

In lieu of flowers donations in Irv's memory to Meals on Wheels, Camp Good Days and Special Times or Congregation Shir Shalom.

“Many years ago, when I was Principal of Hoover Elementary, I worked with Irv, when he was counselor at Hoover Middle School.What a caring, compassionate, gentle and loving gentleman. I am so sad he passed, but know he is is a better place with his beloved wife, and he has left a wonderful family as his gift to the future!”
