With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ilja Weinrieb (Getzville, New York), who passed away on June 13, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Weinrieb and Ursula Weinrieb. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Weinrieb; his children, Pieter Weinrieb (Renee), Kate Weinrieb (Dante Carbini) and Daniel Weinrieb (Brian Walsh); his siblings, Margareth Gibson and Robert (Karen Krivit); and his sister-in-law Judith Kugel (late Neil). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, a private graveside funeral service will be held by the family.
In lieu of flowers those wishing may make donations to the Holocaust Resource Center of Buffalo, 2640 N. Forest Rd, Getzville, NY 14068, Hospice Foundation of Buffalo or a charity of their choice.
