He was predeceased by: his spouse Elaine Chait. He is survived by: his children, Heidi Brown-Lyles (David) and Mark Chait (Kim); his grandchildren, Daniel Brown, Aaron Brown, Madeline Chait and Natalie Chait; his sibling Frances Winkler (late Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Jerome, Jerry and Simon.
