He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Lewandowski; his daughter Joann White (Greg); and his sister Gertrude Heubusch. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Lewandowski (Carol), Debbie Butterworth (Rick) and Keith Lewandowski (Julie); his grandchildren, Corey, Danielle, Matthew, Tyler, Kristen and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Noah and Dylan; and his sibling Shirley Szczepanek (late Albert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and relatives.
