He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. DeSimone and Elisa DeSimone. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Zabaldo; his children, Anthony C. DeSimone (Kimberly) and Maria L. Grapes (Shawn); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Alexander, Anthony E, Adrianna and Julian; his siblings, Ann Brown (Lorenzo), Raymond (Lucy) and Lisa DeSimone; and his brother-in-law Joseph Zabaldo.
