He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus W. Lowery and Elma King Lowery; his wives, Violet and June; and his daughter Sandra Lowery.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. William T. Lowery, Jr. (Linda) of Ransomville, David P. Lowery (Nancy) of Albion, Rebecca Palmer (Paul) of Nunda and Myke Lowery of Rochester; his stepchildren, Pat Lyke of Perry and Sherry Tallarida of Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Edith Geradine of Nashville, TN and Gloria Heffner (Andrew) of Ormsby, PA.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
