Lamp (Pamela) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Courtney Macaluso Dore' (Chad Sterrett) of Erie, PA, Kyle Macaluso (Sara) of Columbus, OH, Greg Lamp (Katie) of Boulder, CO and Jeff Lamp (Catherine Carlisle) of Nashville, TN; his great grandchildren, Samantha Dore' and Charlotte Lamp; his sisters, Betty Ewald of North Tonawanda and Ardys Lerch of Cheektowaga; and his sister-in-law Roxanne Lamp of Tonawanda, NY..
