It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cowan (Gerry, New York), born in Anita, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife R. Elaine Carlson Cowan; their daughter, Stephanie R. Cowan, their son Steven P. Cowan, and his siblings, T. Boyd, John T., William W. Cowan, Mabel Hinderer, Ruth London and Ethel Feliskey.
He is survived by his son, Richard S. Cowan (Lauren); and granddaughter Kathryn "Katy" Cowan of Peachtree Corners, GA..
