He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Marie Durant. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Hoffman (Stacy Dwy) of Elizaville, NY and Janine Rogers (Stephen Ignizio) of Germantown, NY; his son Lucas; his grandmother Virginia Hoffman; his son Evan Hoffman of Germantown, NY; and his sisters, Kathleen Anderson of Germantown, NY, Stacey Anderson (Reagan) of Clermont, NY and Rachel Devens (Michael) of Hyde Park, NY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several cousins, nieces and nephews and countless friends.
