He was predeceased by: his parents, Govan M. Taylor, Sr. and Lily M. Taylor; and his sister Janice Maher. He is survived by: his wife Eva Taylor; his children, Linda Taylor-Legg, Lori Rider-Fenwick, Sharon Shultz and William Johnson; his grandchildren, Rebekah Ancrum, William Fenwick, Benjamin Taylor, Crystal Taylor, Jessica, Satch, Rachel, Jeffery, Laura and Allyson; his sister Brenda Fleming; and his daughter-in-law Janice Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
